This privacy policy applies to Bridge Road Consultants Limited including any branded products they may operate such as Business Mentoring with Debra Levitt.

The basic principles upon which Bridge Road Consultants Limited operates are:

• Your data will not be shared with third parties without your agreement (unless we are legally obliged to do so). 

• We do not sell your data to third parties.

• Your data is stored on different systems depending on how and what you have signed up for. We endeavour to ensure that all of our providers protect your privacy. Please refer to their privacy policies for additional details.

• Details on processes for managing information requests and data breaches will be added as this policy is updated.

If you are on one of my mailing lists, your data will be on whichever CRM we have implemented. You may request a link to their privacy policy.

Booking information will be held on Jotform (their privacy policy) or Calendly (their privacy notice).

Recordings of your sessions are subject to your agreement and will be stored locally as well as on Microsoft 365. Transcripts, summaries and additional information related to your mentoring sessions are also stored on Microsoft 365 and may be submitted to AI as agreed with you. 

Use of AI. AI is used to generate summaries, generate additional materials when appropriate. Wherever possible we set the AI tool to not share or use your information for its learning. Currently we use Anthropic’s Claude AI and Microsoft Copilot, however we reserve the right to use other tools if and when needed.

Information may also be stored on Microsoft 365 and other tools to allow processing and management of details and interactions with you. 

If you provide access to any of your systems, the passwords and login details will be stored in a secure password management tool.  Where possible, highly secure passwords are used. 

Your business details will be on Xero.  Their privacy policy is here.

If you pay via Stripe, your payment details may be stored with them (their privacy policy).

Information related to your mentorship will be held in Airtable. Their privacy policy is here. 

Information regarding your access to my websites may be held in Google Analytics. This does not include any personal details such as name, email, etc.

We will sometimes generate case studies on completion of our mentoring. These are anonymised and we endeavour to ensure that you are not identifiable.
